AS LANDMARK LLC is a real estate investment company. We purchase residential properties, improve them where improvement makes sense, and then either resell them or hold them as long-term rental investments.
Our work is guided by a straightforward idea: a property is worth pursuing when a clear, realistic plan can improve it. That means understanding what a home needs, what it will cost, and what the finished result will be worth, before we commit.
We rely on experienced professionals throughout that process, including agents, inspectors, contractors, lenders, and title companies, and we try to be a reliable, straightforward partner in return.

We take the time to understand a property before committing to it: its condition, its market, what it will realistically take to improve, and whether the numbers hold up under conservative assumptions.
